Minju Joson Slams U.S.-S. Korea Negotiations for Amending "Missile Pact"
Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- The puppet authorities of south Korea on Oct. 7 made public the results of the negotiations which had been under way with the U.S. over the issue of amending the "missile pact" since January of last year.

According to it, they agreed with the U.S. to radically extend the missile range up to 800 km and increase the weight of warheads for shorter range missiles.

Minju Joson on Tuesday observes in a bylined commentary in this regard:

The above-said negotiations were a criminal confab held between the U.S. and the south Korean puppet group to further hasten the preparations for invading the north.

The U.S. scenario for invading the DPRK remains unchanged, the commentary notes, adding:

The U.S. could not ignite a war against the DPRK because of its bolstered nuclear deterrent for self-defence.

Hence, the U.S. is keen to use the south Korean puppet troops as cannon fodder to decrease its casualties in the event of a war against the DPRK.

That is why the U.S. sells modern weaponry to the south Korean regime at cheap prices and stages various forms of DPRK-targeted war drills with the puppet army.

What should not be overlooked is the fact that Chongwadae directly spearheaded the negotiations.

As seen above, the Lee Myung Bak group is getting crazy for a preemptive attack on the DPRK, backed by the U.S.

If the U.S. and south Korean forces attempt at a preemptive attack on the DPRK, its one-beats-a-hundred armed forces will blow up the strongholds for aggression with resolute and merciless strikes, warns the article.
