A book releasing ceremony was held on Sept. 27. It was attended by personages of the Nakhodka City Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and masses.

Zelenov, first secretary of the Nakhodka City Committee of the CPRF, said at the ceremony that his work serves as a guiding principle showing how to inherit the preceding leaders' exploits in party building and activities and an excellent textbook for learning from the experience of the Workers' Party of Korea in party building.
