He said he was very pleased to tour the funfair, adding service personnel of the KPA powerfully demonstrated the might as a revolutionary army by renovating the funfair as required by the era of Songun.
The second leg of his visit was the Taesongsan Funfair.
After entering the front gate built in a peculiar architectural style, he walked the splendidly asphalted road and colorful pavement, feasting his eyes on sections of the funfair with attention.
"As I had appreciated while looking round the Mangyongdae Funfair, service personnel of the KPA are demonstrating their might as a powerful revolutionary army which carries out whatever regarded as impossible in major worksites for building an economic power and improving the people's living standard", he said.
He was pleased to see the modernly renovated big wheels, space craft and other amusement facilities and service ones.
He dropped in at the splendidly renovated Nammun restaurant in the compound of the funfair where trees of good species, flowers and lawn kept in good harmony with it. He looked with attention at tables and chairs made of granite and learnt about its service plan.
He said it is an important work for glorifying the leadership feats of President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il and providing people with excellent conditions for their cultural recreation to regularly operate the above-said funfairs.
He expressed expectation and conviction that the service personnel of the combined large units which participated in the renovation of the funfairs would do more things for the people in the future and thus fulfill their mission as the People's Army.
