DPRK's Struggle Supported by Bangladeshi Figure
Pyongyang, October 4 (KCNA) -- M. Gamrul Huda, chairman of the Bangladesh Institute of the Juche Idea, made public a statement on Sept. 27 on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the historic October 4 declaration.

He recollected that the north-south summit meeting took place in Pyongyang amid great expectation and hope of the people inside and outside Korea in 2007 following a historic summit in June 2000, adding that this culminated in the adoption of the "Declaration for Development of North-South Relations and Peace and Prosperity".

He went on:

The adoption of the October 4 declaration helped the north and south open up the era for contact and dialogue in several fields and national reconciliation and cooperation as well as for peace and reunification.

But the Lee Myung Bak regime has totally denied the north-south declarations and constantly kicked up the provocative moves such as large-scale joint military exercise and state-sponsored, politically-motivated hideous terrorism against DPRK.

We extend full support and solidarity to the just struggle of the Korean people to independently achieve the country's reunification by the Korean nation itself by adhering to and implementing the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration.
