European Media Denounce Japan for Not Making Apology for Its Wrongdoings
Pyongyang, October 2 (KCNA) -- European media bitterly denounced Japan for its impudent behavior of not making repentance for its wrongdoings in the past.

The German radio commented that Japan's lack of repentance for the past history is mainly behind the territorial disputes with its neighboring countries, urging Japan to look back upon its past history as the aggressor during the period of the Second World War just as Germany did.

The French paper Express in an article on its Internet website said that conflict over Tok Islets is attributable to Japan that has refused to liquidate the past wrongdoings. The article accused Japan of its attitude pursuing its own interests.

The article noted that Japan has failed to make an apology, to say nothing of repentance for the wrongdoings, a contrast to Germany which owned full responsibility for the past massacre committed by it.

The UK paper Financial Times in an article contributed by a professor emeritus of a Swiss institute expressed astonishment at Japan which does not feel guilty conscience for its past crimes.

The Spanish paper El Mundo in an article on its Internet website said that Japan's ambition of territorial expansion can not be justified.
