Wreaths Laid before Martyrs Cemeteries on Harvest Moon Day
Pyongyang, September 30 (KCNA) -- Wreaths were laid at the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt. Taesong and the Patriotic Martyrs Cemetery on Sunday, the Harvest Moon Day.

Seen on the wreath-laying stands of the cemeteries were wreaths sent by Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army.

Present at the wreath-laying ceremonies were Choe Yong Rim and other senior party, state and army officials, officials of party, armed forces and power organs, working people's organizations, ministries and national institutions, service personnel of the KPA and the Korean People's Internal Security Forces (KPISF) and working people in Pyongyang.

Wreaths were laid on the wreath-laying stands in the name of the Central Committee of the WPK, the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK and the DPRK Cabinet.

Also laid there were wreaths in the name of working people's organisations, ministries and national institutions, units of the KPA and the KPISF, educational, public health and media institutions, party and power organs, enterprises and farms here, etc.

The participants paid silent tribute to the martyrs.

On this day wreaths and bouquets were laid before the statues and cemeteries of martyrs, the Monuments to the Fallen Fighters of the Korean People's Army and their cemeteries in various parts of the DPRK.
