The president in the message extended sincere congratulations and regards to Kim Jong Un and government and people of the DPRK on behalf of the people of Malta and on his own behalf on the occasion of the founding anniversary of the DPRK.

Availing himself of the opportunity, he wished Kim Jong Un good health and the people of the DPRK steady progress.

He also expressed belief that the excellent relations between the two countries would steadily grow stronger in the interests of the two peoples.
