Supreme Commander Kim Jong Un in a speech at the celebration banquet on August 25, 2012 said that there is a limit to the Korean people's patience and made iron-willed declaration that they will not remain a passive onlooker to the enemies' desperate moves for aggression but will do everything they can to defend the destiny of the country and the nation.

U.S. imperialism and the Lee "government" and the "Saenuri Party" which are subordinate to it would be well advised to make a correct judgment at the crossroad of war or peace.

The article urged the south Korean authorities to sincerely implement the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration and opt for the road of national peace and con-existence, not for a war and destruction.
