M. Jahangir Khan, chairman of the Bangladesh Group for the Study of the Songun Policy, said the President liberated Korea and founded the genuine people's country the DPRK on September 9, 1948.

The Songun revolutionary leadership of Kim Jong Il made it possible for the DPRK to shed its brilliant rays as a socialist power, independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in national defense, he noted, and went on:

The Korean people will achieve the independent and peaceful reunification of Korea and build a thriving socialist nation in the near future, holding the dear respected Kim Jong Un in high esteem as their supreme leader.

M. Gamrul Huda, chairman of the Bangladesh Institute of the Juche Idea, and other reporter and speakers said the DPRK is demonstrating its might as a socialist politico-ideological and military power, adding this would have been unthinkable if Kim Jong Il had not led the Korean revolution with his outstanding political caliber.
