In the message the Dominican president extended sincere felicitations and wishes to Kim Jong Un and the government and people of the DPRK on behalf of the government and people of Dominica and on his own behalf on September 9, 2012, the founding anniversary of the DPRK.

Availing himself of that opportunity, he hoped for ever-lasting bilateral friendly relations.

He expressed the hope that the two countries would continue developing the cooperative relations while exchanging mutual views and boosting cooperation in the international arena.

He heartily wished Kim Jong Un good health and the people of the DPRK prosperity.

He sent highest regards to Kim Jong Un.
