Intolerable Are S. Korean Conservative Regime's Moves to Stay in Power: Rodong Sinmun
Pyongyang, September 15 (KCNA) -- Traitor Lee Myung Bak of south Korea had a secret talk with "Saenuri Party's presidential hopeful" Park Guen Hye at Chongwadae some days ago. This was a product of sordid nexus to avoid the judgment of the people for their treacherous rule and realize the ambition for staying in power. Rodong Sinmun says this in a bylined article Saturday.

The south Korean conservative group's moves for staying in power are intolerable as they signal the continuation of the dead-locked north-south relations and constant danger of war, the article notes, and goes on:

The conservative group changed the name of the "Grand National Party" into the "Saenuri Party" with the "presidential elections" in mind. It is alluring the people's mindset, crying out for "vamping". Meanwhile, the "Saenuri Party" which had been trying to shift the blame for the failed policies on to Lee, while attempting at "discrimination" against him, is now seeking "great alliance of conservatives", in alignment with him again.

The regime the "Saenuri Party" is thinking to set up is just a replica of the Lee Myung Bak conservative regime keen on confrontation with the north.

The collapse of the present north-south relations is attributable to Lee and the "Saenuri Party" that had worked with blood-shot eyes to do harm to fellow countrymen in collusion with foreign forces.

If the "Saenuri Party" takes office again, it will be impossible to mend the inter-Korean relations that had been pushed to the lowest ebb nor will it be possible to remove ever-increasing danger of war from the Korean Peninsula. And the south Korean people will never be able to evade from the present sufferings.

No hope should be pinned on the "Saenuri Party" in view of its past crimes and the present deed.
