The vice-chairman of the Central Association of Korean Nationals in Russia, chairman of the Autonomous Society for National Culture of Korean Nationals in Nakhodka, chairman of the Autonomous Society for Korean National Culture in Partizansk City and other compatriots laid a floral basket and bouquets before the full-length painting of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il standing together on Mt. Paektu at the DPRK consulate general in Nakhodka before paying tribute to them on Sept. 8.

There took place meetings of Koreans in Kholmsk City in Sakhalin Region and Yelizovo in Kamchatka Territory on Sept. 9.

Present there were Jang Sun Jong, chairperson of the Central Association of Korean Nationals in Russia, Ri Chae Son, chairperson of the Association of Korean Nationals in Kamchatka Territory, Sin Hyon No, chairperson of the United Confederation of Koreans in Kamchatka Territory, and Koreans in Sakhalin Region and Kamchatka Territory.

The participants laid floral baskets and bouquets before portraits of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il before paying tribute to them.

Congratulatory letters to the dear respected Kim Jong Un were adopted at the meetings.

Koreans in Kamchatka Territory held round-table-talks at which they praised the immortal exploits performed by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and watched a video on "'With the Century', reminiscences of the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung".
