DPRK's Birthday Celebrated Abroad
Pyongyang, September 13 (KCNA) -- Personages of Nigeria, Sweden and Italy paid visits to the DPRK embassies in their countries on the 64th anniversary of the DPRK between Sept. 6 and 8.

They included Ibrahim Mantu, former deputy president of the Nigerian Senate who is a member of the Credit Committee of the People's Democratic Party of Nigeria and chairman of the Nigeria-Korea Friendship Association, and members of the association, Igwanagu Nicholas, chairman of the Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, Aba Sadik Abubakr, chairman of the Nigerian Group for the Study of the Juche Philosophy, and others of Juche idea study organizations, Chairman Anders Karlsson and International Secretary Eric Andersson of the Communist Party in Sweden and Mauro Baeli, president of the Group of Italy.

They laid bouquets before large pictures of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il standing together and paid tribute to them.

Ibrahim Mantu said the foundation of the DPRK marked a great political event that instilled hope and courage into the African people in their struggle for national liberation in colonies.

Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il were great statesmen who built the DPRK into a socialist power with a strong sense of independence and invincible military power and imbued the oppressed people in the world with the conviction of victory, he said, and went on:.

Their exploits will shine forever with the history of the DPRK.

I wish supreme leader Marshal Kim Jong Un good health and success in his work to carry forward the cause of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.
