Foreign Papers Laud Feats of Kim Il Sung in Nation-building
Pyongyang, September 10 (KCNA) -- Foreign papers dedicated special write-ups to the 64th anniversary of the DPRK.

The Democratic Congo newspaper La Prosperite on Sept. 4 carried articles entitled "Kim Il Sung, Founder of DPRK" and "Korean People Mark Sept. 9, the 64th birthday of DPRK" illustrated with a portrait of smiling President Kim Il Sung.

The paper said that the President performed undying feats in founding and developing the DPRK and devoted himself to the building of an independent and powerful socialist state all his life.

Under the wise leadership of the President the Korean people could lead a worthwhile and happy life in socialist Korea.

The Cambodian paper Kmae Amata on Sept. 3 ran an article "Celebration of 64th anniversary of DPRK" accompanied with a photo of Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il standing together.

The paper noted that the DPRK is an independent powerful state.

In recent years, the international community could know well how strong its independent stance is through the facts that it frustrated all sorts of moves of its enemies to deter it from launching a satellite, the legitimate right of a sovereign state.

The Bangladeshi newspaper Natun Katha on Sept. 4 noted in an article titled "People's country" that it was the view of the President that if the will and wishes of the people are fully reflected and systematized, they precisely become an idea and line and policies.

Noting that the DPRK is bringing about a decisive turn in improving the people's living standard and building a thriving nation by putting spurs to light industry and agriculture, the paper expressed conviction that the DPRK would prosper.
