The gift was handed over to Kim Yong Il, alternate member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and secretary of the C.C., the WPK, by Osvaldo Napoli, chairman of the Committee for the Development of Relations and Cooperation with the DPRK of the Parliament who is vice-president of the Parliamentary Group of the Popular Liberty of the Chamber of Deputies of Italy, on a visit to the DPRK on Thursday.
