This has been proven as an immutable truth in the road of independence, Songun and socialism covered by all the servicepersons and people under the leadership of the great Party.

The Korean nation that was small and weak was trampled down by big powers. It has now emerged a powerful socialist nation independent in politics, self-supporting in the economy, self-reliant in national defense based on the idea of independence.

The Korean people are displaying their dignity as independent people no one dare provoke.

Thanks to the Songun policy, the military muscle and national power have been remarkably augmented, and the position and influence of the DPRK have reached the highest level.

In the DPRK, all the people are firmly united around their leader in thinking and purpose and in terms of morality and obligation, and whole society turned into a big harmonious family in which all the people help and lead each other forward.

This is an essential character of DPRK-style socialism and the source of its mammoth strength.

To the Korean nation, the great Comrades Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il were not only leaders but benevolent fathers of a big socialist family.

All the service members and people of the DPRK value and love the socialism of Juche, the supreme patriotic legacy bequeathed by the great father, as the cradle of their life. The Korean people will never abandon socialism, their life and soul.

We, descendants of Kim Il Sung's nation and soldiers and disciples of Kim Jong Il, will keep to the road of independence, Songun and socialism following in the footsteps of the two great men no matter how much water may flow under the bridge and despite any ordeal.

Let us advance forward to the final victory under the leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un, our destiny and future.
