The president, availing himself of the celebration of the 64th anniversary of the DPRK, extended the warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of the people and government of Congo and on his own behalf and wished the friendly Korean people happiness and prosperity.

He expressed belief that the friendly relations between the two countries would further develop in the interests of the peoples of the two countries.
