The president in the message extended the warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un in the name of the Guinean government and people and on his own behalf on the occasion of the 64th anniversary of the DPRK.

It expressed again the willingness to develop the friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and Guinea in a multi-lateral way.
