Abolition of "Security Law" Demanded in S. Korea
Pyongyang, September 4 (KCNA) -- South Korean Internet newspaper Jaju Minbo carried the letter written by its Representative Ri Chang Gi behind bars in demand of the repeal of the fascist "Security Law" (SL) on August 31.

In the letter he deplored that it is only south Korea where anyone praising the north is thrown behind bars on charge of violation of the SL.

It is as foolish an act as finding a fish on a tree for the south Korean authorities to talk about "dialogue" with the north while antagonizing the north and invoking the SL, it said.

If they truly want dialogue with the north, they should immediately abolish the SL before anything else, it held.

This was proved by the total suspension of the tour of Mt. Kumgang, it noted, stressing it is possible to develop relations with the north when the SL is repealed.
