Rodong Sinmun Tuesday says this in a bylined article.

A sacred war for national reunification to be fought by all Koreans will be an eruption of their pent-up grudge and resentment against the group which has escalated vicious moves for confrontation and war against the DPRK, the article notes.

Citing facts to prove its crimes, the article goes on:

The "Cheonan" warship sinking incident and the Yonphyong Island shelling incident were orchestrated by the group as hideous anti-DPRK plots at a time when the group of traitors totally violated the historic north-south declarations and escalated confrontation with fellow countrymen.

The group's reckless military provocations and moves for a war against the DPRK pushed the military tension on the Korean Peninsula to an extreme phase.

The puppet group massively introduced various types of latest war hardware including weapons of mass destruction by spending a ridiculous amount of money it collected from the south Koreans as taxes. It even sought to sign a military agreement with Japan though its preceding regimes hesitated to do so.

Its confrontation hysteria reached its height when it perpetrated hideous provocations to hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK.

This group of wicked traitors considers it as a means for its existence to rely on foreign forces and go against reunification as it grew from such poisonous roots as treachery. It is, therefore, the inveterate bad habit for the group to pursue confrontation with compatriots till its doomsday.

The prevailing tense situation indicates that the just sacred war for putting an end to political and military provocations of the U.S. and the Lee group and achieving national reunification is the only way for achieving lasting peace on the Korean Peninsula.

It is the principled stand and firm will of the DPRK to answer provocations with prompt counter-actions and cope with a war of aggression with a just sacred war for national reunification.
