Galeforce wind is now accompanied by heavy rains in South Phyongan Province, South and North Hwanghae Provinces, South Hamgyong Province and Kangwon Province.

Wind is blowing at 10-14 meters per second in Haeju City, Ongjin County, Ryongyon County and Chongdan County of South Hwanghae Province, in Hoechang County of South Phyongan Province, in Wonsan City and Cholwon County of Kangwon Province, in Sohung County of North Hwanghae Province and in Kaesong City.

The typhoon is now moving northeastward at a velocity of 40 kilometers per hour.
