Seminar, book and photo exhibition and film show were held in Nepal and India and lecture and photo exhibition in Romania from August 18 to 20.

On display in the venues were photos showing the revolutionary careers and exploits performed by President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

Also displayed there were books introducing their Songun leadership feats and photos of the achievements gained by the Korean people in the building of a thriving nation.

Films shown included Korean film "Fireworks for a Thriving Nation".

The general secretary of the Central Committee of the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist) praised Kim Jong Il as a great leader who frustrated vicious military provocations by the imperialist allied forces by dint of Songun to protect the security of the country and people and peace in the Korean Peninsula and the rest of the world.

The chairman of the Indian Society for the Study of Works of Kim Jong Il said that Kim Jong Il put the military power of the DPRK on the highest level with his Songun revolutionary leadership.

The chairman of the Romanian Workers' Association in a lecture said that Kim Jong Il turned the DPRK into an invincible political, ideological and military power with his Songun politics.

History knows many leaders who love the people but it does not know such leader as Kim Jong Il who provided field guidance for the people's happiness till the last moments of his life, the chairman noted.

A message of greeting to the dear respected Kim Jong Un was adopted at the event held in Nepal.
