More Rainfall Forecast in Late August in DPRK
Pyongyang, August 23 (KCNA) -- It is likely that most areas of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea will experience rainfall on Aug. 25, affected by a low pressure trough passing the central part of Korea.

Rain and downpour will hit most areas of the country on Aug. 27-28, affected by a low pressure trough passing the northern part of the country and typhoon-15 moving northward from the south of the West Sea of Korea.

In the period, the highest temperature in the daytime in Pyongyang is expected to be 29 degrees Celsius, one degree Celsius higher than the average.

The lowest temperature will be the same as the average year or a little higher.
