Present there were foreign delegations and delegates and a delegate of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan to the symposium, Song Ja Rip, minister of Higher Education who is president of the university, officials, teachers and researchers of the university.

The participants enjoyed a performance given by art circle members of the university, played amusement sports games and danced together, deepening friendship.
