Lee Myung Bak's Apology for Corruption Cases Ridiculed
Pyongyang, August 16 (KCNA) -- Traitor Lee Myung Bak of south Korea made an apology for corruptions of his relatives and close confidants at Chongwadae some days ago.

Lee made such absurd remarks that he tried to enforce clean politics, he felt shocked and he would readily accept any reproach.

His rubbish is aimed to mislead the public, tide over the ruling crisis and get rid of ruin.

His regime of traitors was forsaken by the people for its persistent policy for confrontation with the DPRK and unpopular and traitorous policy since its emergence. The successive revelation of corruptions and irregularities has thrown the traitor into inescapable abyss.

Much upset by the ruling foundation being shaken to the very roots in the face of the enraged people, he tried to divert elsewhere the public criticism with coloring offensive and the campaign for "eliminating the forces following the north" in a bid to save his face.

The broad segment of angered south Koreans are becoming all the more assertive in calling for strict investigation of even the top power circle and severe punishment of criminals, terming Lee Myung Bak and Chongwadae chief culprits.

Calculating that it would be difficult for him even to serve out the present term, far from coming to power again, he had no other way but to stage the apologizing farce, lost to shame.

The south Koreans, however, describe the farce as a deception of public aimed to remain in office at any cost.

This is proved by the similar farces staged by him during his office.

When there broke out mad cow disease in the U.S. this year, the traitor, reneging on his promise to the people, dispatched an investigation group for mere form's sake to make the public convince that there is no problem with the beef brought from the U.S.

A trick employed by the traitor to cover up his nature will get it nowhere.
