The message expressed belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and Serbia would further develop, wishing the prime minister success in his fresh work for stability and development of the country.

DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun also sent a similar message to Ivan Mrkic upon his appointment as foreign minister of Serbia on the same day.
