Indian Papers Mark Anniversary of Korean People's Victory in War
Pyongyang, August 6 (KCNA) -- Indian papers carried special write-ups on the occasion of the 59th anniversary of the victory of the Korean people in the great Fatherland Liberation War.

New Delhi Times on July 24 devoted one whole page to the articles titled "Iron-willed Commander" and "Warning of History" illustrated with a portrait of smiling President Kim Il Sung.

The paper dealt with the fact that the President wisely led the Korean army and people with his unique military idea, outstanding commanding arts and rare strategy, tactics and war methods and thus dealt a bitter defeat to the U.S. imperialists for the first time in history.

World famous strategists praised the President as the most brilliant strategist and greatest brilliant commander, the paper said.

The July 25 issue of Indian and World Event noted:

The U.S. defeat in the Korean War helped the international community know well that no force on earth can match the army and people of the DPRK led by the President, an iron-willed commander.

Everyone, the U.S. rulers, in particular, should bear this in mind.

The DPRK at present is not the young country as it was in the early 1950s.

It has matchless army equipped with ultra-modern military hardware and reliable nuclear deterrent thanks to the Songun leadership pursued by leader Kim Jong Il.

Supreme leader Kim Jong Un whom the world praises as a man identical to the President is leading the army and people of the DPRK.

If another Korean war breaks out, it will never bring the same results as it did in the last war.

The last Korean War brought about the beginning of the decline for the U.S., but new Korean War will bring a total end to it.

This is a lesson of the last Korean War to be drawn by the U.S. rulers who are working hard to launch another Korean war.
