U.S. and S. Korea Urged to Drop Policy Hostile to DPRK
Pyongyang, August 3 (KCNA) -- The Working Citizens' Association of Democratic Congo on July 25 made public a statement denouncing the U.S. and the south Korean regime for attempting terrorism against the DPRK.

The statement said: The U.S. and the south Korean group of traitors have perpetrated ceaseless acts of hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK. Not content with this, they made no scruple of conducting a despicable operation to infiltrate defectors to south Korea into the DPRK to demolish statues and grand monuments, treasures of the Korean people.

This was prompted by their foolish scenario to destabilize people's mind-set and bring down socialist Korea at any cost, it said, and went on:

The situation on the Korean Peninsula remains so tense that a war may break out any moment.

The reckless moves of the U.S. and south Korea to start a war will only touch off worldwide bitterer curse and condemnation.

The association bitterly denounces the U.S. and south Korea's hideous criminal acts to stifle the DPRK.

We strongly demand the U.S. and south Korea drop at once their hostile policy toward the DPRK.
