The U.S. imperialists and rat-like Lee Myung Bak group are working hard to commit even politically-motivated terrorism with sinister aims to break the single-minded unity and topple the socialist system in the DPRK, he said, adding:

What should not be overlooked is that the U.S. wire-pulled the group of rats.

The recently disclosed plot clearly proved that the U.S. is an undisguised violator of the rights of a sovereign state and arch criminal of state-sponsored terrorism.

How can such human scum and wicked criminals be allowed to go unpunished?

The plot is just the tip of iceberg, said Kim Myong Bok, judge of the Supreme Court, in the strong terms.

The enemies' moves to blow up a statue of the peerless great man are the most undisguised insult and physical attack on the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK.

These moves amount to the war action little different from invasion of a sovereign state.

Who spies out state information is liable for criminal responsibility.

Never to be pardoned is the act of hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK which the Korean people regard as dearer than their lives.

Such terrorism can never be overlooked.

Very high price should be paid for it.

Kim Jun Gol, department director of the Court, said as follows hardly repressing resentment against plotters of vicious and outrageous state-sponsored sabotage act against the DPRK:

We can never forgive the U.S. imperialists and the puppet regime for working out and pushing ahead with the indelible traitorous crime.

We will sentence them to capital punishment.
