Japan's Attempt to Cover Up Crime-Woven History Slammed
Pyongyang, July 22 (KCNA) -- Members of "Way to Reunification", a pro-reunification movement of south Korea, and parents of Late Spring Mun Ik Hwan School and citizens held the 1031st Wednesday rally outside the Japanese embassy in Seoul on July 18. They demanded a solution to the issue of "comfort women" for the Imperial Japanese Army.

The participants in their statement denounced Japan for its attempt to cover up its crime-woven history.

Noting that it is impossible to eclipse the sun with a palm, they urged the Japanese government to clarify their official stand.

Victims to the sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army are still suffering from it, they said, adding Japan should repent of the criminal acts it committed in the past.
