U.S. Forces in S. Korea Deploy MRAPs
Pyongyang, July 17 (KCNA) -- The U.S. recently deployed five MRAPs in its unit in south Korea, according to the U.S. military paper Stars and Stripes on July 13.

The U.S. forces had already used these special vehicles in Afghan and Iraqi Wars.

The vehicles recently inducted to a U.S. unit in south Korea through the Osan U.S. air base were improved in such a way as to clear mines in the Military Demarcation Line (MDL) in contingency on the Korean Peninsula.

It is their plan to test them during the U.S.-south Korea "Ulji Freedom Guardian" joint military drills next month and introduce 50 more into south Korea later and deploy them at the forefront units of the U.S. second division close to the MDL.

The large-scale deployment of offensive weapons brings to light the U.S. ulterior intention to ignite another war on the peninsula by hurling the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors into invasion of the north.
