Conservancy of Aquatic Resources Encouraged in DPRK
Pyongyang, July 7 (KCNA) -- A drive to conserve aquatic resources is being intensified in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

Many units related to fishery and land and environmental conservation have conducted various forms of activities to diffuse rich knowledge and common sense of protection and propagation of aquatic resources among local people.

As a result, broad sections of the masses voluntarily work to conserve aquatic resources in the country.

Special attention is paid to protecting fries. Water plants have been created in rivers and lakes to provide favorable conditions for fries.

Pathways were also made in structures standing across rivers to ensure free passage of fishes living in river and sea.

Meanwhile, strict measures are being taken one after another to prevent any flow of waste material and water into river and sea.

July is a month for conservancy of aquatic resources in the DPRK.
