Way-Out for U.S. Is to Repeal Hostile Policy to DPRK: Minju Joson
Pyongyang, July 3 (KCNA) -- The U.S. and the south Korean authorities staged a large-scale combined naval mobile drill from June 23 to 25.

Involved in the drill was a nuclear aircraft carrier flotilla under the pretext of "increasing the ability to cope with invasion" by the DPRK.

Minju Joson Tuesday says in a bylined commentary in this regard:

The drill was aimed to stifle the DPRK by force of arms, to all intents and purposes.

What merits more serious attention is that the U.S. and the south Korean warmongers staged live shell firing drill, targeting the flag of the DPRK.

It is the U.S. ambition to invade the DPRK by force of arms to establish the military domination over the Korean Peninsula and, on the basis of it, hold an unchallenged edge in the Asia-Pacific region.

The U.S. has made desperate efforts to stifle the DPRK, far from opting for coexistence with it. Therefore, clear is an option to be followed by the DPRK.

The DPRK can not but bolster up the nuclear deterrent for self-defence in order to preserve its sovereignty and dignity and ensure the peace and stability on the peninsula and in the rest of the world.

The U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK would lead to tightened countermeasure by the DPRK.

The U.S., which dreams of the world domination by dint of nuclear weapons, should clearly understand about the DPRK's countermeasure for self-defense.

We warn once again that the way-out for the U.S. is to abandon the hostile policy toward the DPRK.
