Much Rain Sets in Most Areas of DPRK
Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- Heavy rain hit most areas of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on Friday and Saturday.

West coastal areas had rainfalls in about 70 days, accompanied by downpour. More than 90 mm of rainfall was observed in Pyongyang, North Phyongan Province and North and South Hwanghae provinces, while over 50 mm in other areas.

Over 30 mm was measured in east coastal areas and northern areas.

On Saturday it rained 50 mm in Sonchon County, North Phyongan Province between 00:00 and 03:00 and 51 mm in Phyongsan County, North Hwanghae Province between 03:00 and 06:00.

Meanwhile, the wind of 10 meters per second hit some areas of South Phyongan and North and South Hwanghae provinces.
