He looked round various reading and lecture rooms, being briefed on the fact that at the splendidly furnished study house working people and students of the DPRK are acquiring modern scientific and technological knowledge and improving their cultural attainments.

He also toured different places of Pyongyang and other areas. They included the Three-Revolution Exhibition, Korean Art Gallery, Pyongyang Metro, Sinuiju Cosmetic Factory, Sinuiju Ponbu Kindergarten and the Sinam Cooperative Farm in Ryongchon County.
