Pyongyang Citizens Move into New Houses in Changjon Street
Pyongyang, June 23 (KCNA) -- Changjon Street, newly built in the heart of Pyongyang, is now seethed with removal to new houses.

The street lined with high-rises is now crowded with newcomers.

Each house in Blocks Nos. 12 and 8 is thrice or quadruple as big as the old house.

On the 45th floor, one can command a bird's-eye view of Pyongyang city including Rungna Islet, the River Taedong and Moran Hill.

Kim Song Ho, a worker at the Central Heat Supply Network Company, told KCNA:

"The State gave us, workers' family, this nice house free of charge.

All my family members are determined to work harder to repay the benefit granted by the State."

Ri Pok Nyo, wife of Ri Sang Chol who is a worker at the Capital City Passenger Traffic Guidance Bureau, shed tears of emotion when looking round living rooms, kitchen, bathroom and store built on the highest level. The home where all the Korean people live together is just the loving care of the dear respected Kim Jong Un, she said.

Choe Hung Nam, a worker at the Tonggu Public Building Construction Company, said:

"I like my job. I feel high honor of being a worker in the socialist system which provides everyone with genuine rights on an equal footing. I and all others owe so much to our socialist system."
