Pyongyangites Volunteer to Help Builders of Ryugyong Health Complex
Pyongyang, June 23 (KCNA) -- The Ryugyong Health Complex now under construction by soldier builders on the bank of the River Taedong is nearing completion.

Many Pyongyang citizens have volunteered to help builders of the complex.

Jang Ok Sun, a worker at the Pyongyang Railway Bureau, told KCNA:

"The solider-builders here decorated sauna rooms with pinecones and pieces of pine trees. I was deeply moved to hear that they walled the rooms with stalactites in natural cavern and bricks of Kumgang medical stones good for health.

So I come here with my fellow workers from work to help the soldier-builders in grinding saunas.

A turtle is depicted on the sauna floor. This could be designed only by the soldier-builders serving the people."

Kim Il Bong, an artist at the Korean April 26 Children's Film Studio, said:

"I am a football fan. Nowadays, the Euro 2012 is broadcast on TV in the evenings. But, I come here to give a helping hand to the solider-builders.

The day is coming nearer when the complex will open with the loving care of leader Kim Jong Il and the dear respected Kim Jong Un for the people."

Pak Pong Sik, an officer of the Korean People's Army, said:

"The number of volunteers is on the increase with each passing day.

They are much touched by Kim Jong Un's noble outlook on the people. During his recent inspection of the construction project, Kim Jong Un expressed satisfaction over the construction, calling upon the soldier builders to do their best to finish it on the highest level."
