S. Korea's Purchase of Fighter under Fire

| Pyongyang, June 19 (KCNA) -- The People for Achieving Peace and Reunification of south Korea staged one-by-one demonstration outside the building of the Defense Agency on June 13 in protest against the purchase of weapons for aggression which escalates the war atmosphere. The organization said that the agency is mulling purchasing F-35 fighter which has not yet been tested for inferior efficiency in the U.S. It denounced the agency's humiliating action for purchasing the U.S.-made fighter without testing it. It urged the authorities to stop at once the moves to buy weapons at huge expense of money collected from south Korean people as taxes. |
