S. Korean Police's Suppression of Young Activists under Fire
Pyongyang, May 28 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppet police forcibly searched the houses of Kim Hyo Jang, Jang Jong Su and Kim Jae Hyon, activists of a youth organization, on charges of violating the "Security Law" on May 24.

The fascist police took this action on charges of "joining an enemy-benefiting organization", "possession and distribution of enemy-benefiting literature" and "praise and encouragement", asserting that they conducted activities after joining the Youth and Students Solidarity for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration in south Korea as former core members of the "Group of Fellows of the Taegu Youth Association in the June 15 Era".

Chon Ki Chang, representative of the Taegu and North Kyongsang Provincial Solidarity for Civil Rights who conducted activities for a youth association together with them, declared that the ceaseless rackets of suppression including the forcible search operation against the headquarters of the Unified Progressive Party and crackdown upon the Solidarity for Practical Actions for Workers' Emancipation clearly indicate that the present regime is creating a political situation under the reign of fascism and vowed to fight against this.
