It is progressing at final phase in Ryanggang Province. Rural farms in North Hamgyong Province are successfully carrying out their daily bean sowing quotas after increasing the area of fields under bean. Co-op farms in Hoeryong City and Kilju and Hwadae counties finished the bean sowing ahead of schedule by rationalizing the use of manpower and machines and improving the technical guidance.

Jagang Province is speeding up bean sowing by applying a sufficient quantity of quality compost and other fertilizers and concentrating efforts on it.

Bean sowing has been wound up in all fields under plan in Taehung, Hoechang, Yangdok and Maengsan counties in South Phyongan Province.

Bean seeds are sown in hundreds of hectares in Unjon, Tongrim and Kwaksan counties in North Phyongan Province everyday.
