South Korean Paper Calls for Early Clarification of Chief Culprit of Illegal Inspection
Pyongyang, May 19 (KCNA) -- The south Korean Paper Hangyore on May 17 in an editorial called for early clarification of the chief culprit of the illegal inspection perpetrated by the General Planning Section of the Office for Supporting the Ethics of Officials under the "prime minister's" office.

The recent disclosure of a confidential document on the system for commanding the illegal inspection strongly shocked the public, the editorial said, and continued:

According to the document, the office was set up as an organization of bodyguards of Lee Myung Bak and is tasked to report about its activities to Lee or the chief presidential secretary through Chongwadae by using an unofficial channel.

There has been so far information that the office reported the results of inspection to Chongwadae, but it is the first time that the information about it was disclosed in a specific document.

It chided the prosecution for hovering around Chongwadae for several months over the issue of illegal inspection.

The prosecution should search and seize necessary documents inside Chongwadae if necessary, and do not hesitate to summon for questioning the incumbent minister of Justice suspected to be responsible for playing down and concealing the case, the editorial urged.
