On February 25 he was carried to the hospital after being seriously burnt in an accident.

His life hang by a thread as he got second-third degree burns on 60 percent of his body.

The staff of the hospital organized a team to treat the patient shocked by third degree burn.

The medical workers held more than 20 consultative meetings. Intensive treatment went on day and night.

He recovered his consciousness after three days and received the first skin graft operation in 17 days.

More than 400 people donated their blood and flesh to the patient. They included doctors and nurses of the hospital, officials and other employees of the factory where Pak works, teachers and students of Sinuiju Medical University.

After the operations they showed all sincerity. They offered varieties of tonics and foodstuff.
