Kim Yong Nam Meets Senior Officials of Indonesia
| Jakarta, May 15 (KCNA Correspondent) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, who is paying an official goodwill visit to Indonesia, met and had a friendly talk with Vice-President of Indonesia Boediono on Tuesday.
Present there were Ri Kwang Gun, chairman of the Commission for Joint Venture and Investment, An Jong Su, minister of Light Industry, Ri Jong Ryul, DPRK ambassador to Indonesia, and other suite members, and Mohammad Umar, secretary of the vice-president, Gita Wirjawwan, minister of Trade, Nasri Gustaman, Indonesian ambassador to the DPRK, and officials concerned.
The vice-president of Indonesia highly praised the Korean people for having invariably advanced along the road chosen by them under the leadership of HE respected Kim Jong Un.
He expressed his willingness to boost the cooperation with the Korean people, long-standing friends of Indonesia.
On the same day Kim Yong Nam separately had cordial talks with Taufiq Kiemas, speaker of the People's Consultative Assembly of Indonesia, and Marzuki Alie, speaker of the House of People's Representatives of Indonesia.
Taufiq Kiemas said that the DPRK achieved its development on the basis of its line.
He expressed conviction that the economic cooperation between the two countries that have long historical relations would grow stronger.
He also wished HE Kim Jong Un, supreme leader of the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean people, good health.
Marzuki Alie said that it was great pride for the Korean people to have Kim Jong Un at the top post of the party and state.
He expressed expectation that the friendly relations between the two countries would grow stronger.
