Kim Yong Il Meets Lao Delegation

| Pyongyang, May 14 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Il, alternate member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, met with the visiting delegation of the Lao Women's Union headed by Sysay Leudedmounsone, president of its Central Committee, on May 14. At a talk the head of the delegation said that the friendly relations between Laos and DPRK provided by President Kaysone Phomvihane and President Kim Il Sung have a long history. "While visiting various places during my stay in the DPRK, I came to know well about its invincible might," she noted. She expressed conviction that the friendly relations between the women's unions of the two countries would grow stronger. |
