Memorial for Workers Held in S. Korea
Pyongyang, May 14 (KCNA) -- A memorial took place in Seoul on May 11 for workers of Ssangryong Motors who met death after being laid off by the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors.

At the memorial speakers said that dozens of workers and their families lost their lives due to pressure and exploitation by the company and "government."

However, no measures have been taken to ensure workers' vital rights, they said, venting their anger over the abyss of death more people are falling into.

All people can live with their families only when they are freed from unreasonable lay-off, they noted, underscoring the necessity of the struggle against lay-off.

They called on the people from all walks of life to stand firm against the "government" authorities' unpopular rule in a bid to help the workers of Ssangryong Motors wreak their grudge.

They will fight it out till the day when the workers go back to the factory, they declared.
