The imperialists have gone to an extreme phase in their moves to obstruct and block the development of military science and technology by the anti-imperialist independent countries.

The imperialists are becoming evermore undisguised in their moves to slap harsher sanctions and military blockade against the anti-imperialist independent countries including the DPRK in a bid to deter them from having access to cutting-edge military technology and means.

The situation calls upon the said countries to intensify to the maximum the struggle for developing military science and technology by their own efforts in order to boost their military power.

It is an important requirement for bolstering military power and an essential condition for foiling the military blockade of the imperialists and having access to means for self-defence to develop military science and technology with indigenous technology and their own efforts.

No country is neither ready to help others develop military science and technology nor in a position to do so. One's driving force is the only force to count on.

Cutting-edge military science and technology are neither a fortress unconquerable nor something mysterious.

Moreover, it is not something that allows the imperialists to monopolize. Science has no state boundary and allows no monopoly.

As a matter of fact, the DPRK's military power has made a positive contribution to smashing the imperialists' moves for a war of aggression and ensuring peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula.
