He in the talk said that holding leader Kim Jong Il in high esteem as general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea forever is a principled requirement for victoriously advancing the Korean revolution and indicated the tasks for steadily developing the WPK into the glorious party of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.
