S. Korean Unification Ministry's Slander against DPRK under Fire: Minju Joson
Pyongyang, May 10 (KCNA) -- Officials of the Ministry of Unification of south Korea are talking about "self-control" and "restraint", while citing "provocation by the north" and "calumnies at the south".

Minju Joson Thursday runs a bylined commentary in this regard.

The Ministry of Unification has systematically escalated provocation and slanders against the DPRK, the commentary says, adding: It is shameless for them to talk about the "provocation by the north" and "calumnies at the south", while shelving their crimes.

What should not be overlooked is that they called for "continuously giving the north opportunities to change its basic attribute and maintaining the fundamental frame of the policy of flexibility", despite their talk about "self-control and restraint".

This is an intolerable mockery of the army and people of the DPRK who have unswervingly followed the path of independence, Songun and socialism, and a provocation going beyond a tolerance limit.

"Self-control and restraint" touted by them will never help the group of rat-like Lee Myung Bak cover up its design to do harm to the fellow countrymen in the north.

Those who hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK will have to pay dearly for their crimes.

What remains to be done now is to translate it into practice. How pitiful those of the Ministry of Unification are as they wag their tongues unaware of their nearing ruin.

They are among the targets of attack without exception as they took the lead in escalating confrontation with the compatriots, fawning upon and kowtowing to rat-like Lee. Regret always comes late.
