Present there were officials of ministries, national institutions and scientific research institutions and experts in wind energy of the DPRK and China.

At the workshop lectures were given on such subjects as "Technological and partial characteristics of combined system of street lamp using wind and solar power" and "Ensuring power of a relay station of mobile phones by using wind power, its device structure, system and characteristics".

During the workshop the participants exchanged their successes and experience in development of wind energy.
