S. Korean Authorities Urged to Retract Their Scenario for War against North
Pyongyang, May 7 (KCNA) -- The People for Achieving Peace and Reunification of south Korea on May 4 made public a statement denouncing the group of rat-like Lee Myung Bak for having put their theory of preemptive attack on the DPRK into a concrete war scenario.

The statement recalled that a high-ranking official of the "government" said south Korea has worked out an operational plan for reducing the north into ashes by preemptive attack on it, blustering that it should strike the north in advance "once there is a sign of the north's nuclear attack."

This indicates that the authorities have put the theory of preemptive attack into a specific operational plan, the statement said, and went on:

The operation plan is a dangerous one to start an all-out war on the Korean Peninsula as it is meant for escalating a war.

Lurking behind the authorities' disclosure of the plan for aggression against the backdrop of the daily aggravating situation is an intention to totally block the process for peace on the peninsula till the end of the tenure of their office.

The statement urged the authorities to immediately withdraw the scenario for aggression which would bring the second Korean War.
